...MicroFigs are always part of a unit, so the rules only talk about
what a unit can do.
"Let loose the dogs or war!"
Things units can do:
Units can move 4" per turn without penalty, or they can run at
2x speed on fairly even ground, but suffer penalties.
Movement mods:
No penalty for moving up to 45° slope.
45° or more slope, for each 1" climbed, the unit loses
2" move. All firing by the unit is hard*.
The unit may scramble over obstacles up to 1 block tall at -2".
All firing by the unit is hard.
The unit may not move over an obstacle more than 1 block tall
(without a ladder or jetpack or other trick).
-1" if the unit has to go through a closed (but unlocked)
door.
-4" if the unit has to unlock a door first. All firing by
the unit is hard.
-2" if the unit hops on or off a Big Thing. All firing by
the unit is hard.
Each trooper in a unit can carry up to one 1x1 block (or equivalent.
for this measurement, a trooper counts as a 1x1 block) without penalty,
but the unit cannot run while any trooper is carrying blocks.
For each additional 1x1 block an individual trooper is required
to carry, the unit loses 1" of movement. (so a unit of 8 troopers
can carry 8 1x1 blocks (or 1 2x4 brick) with no penalty, but loses
1" when it picks up the 9th block).
Troopers carrying blocks cannot fire their personal weapons, though
the unit as a whole can still fire, so long as at least 1 trooper
is not carrying anything.
Units move and fire separately from other units. All troopers in a
unit fire together at a single target.
